Switch to Sulphate-free products:
Sulphate are cleaning chemicals that can be harsh on your hair and scalp when used too much. Sulfates strip away natural oils from your scalp and cause dryness, breakage and split ends… not exactly what you want on top of an already dry head of hair!
Instead of regular products try using shampoo for curly hair that have enough sulphate to clean your scalp and are gentle enough to not make your scalp dry.

Apply lightweight oil:
Oiling your scalp is important but oiling your hair can also help from heat and any other damage. The main issue with the oil we face is its greasiness. You can try this hair serum oil that is lightweight and has a lot of essential oils.
Deep conditioning mask:

Deep conditioning mask are a must-have for every naturalist. They can be used on your dry hair while it's wet, as well as when you're not washing it every day. You can use them on your ends (which tend to be drier) and on the rest of your head (which tends to be more prone to frizz) without weighing down your curly hair.
Use leave-in products:

Leave-in products provide moisture for a longer duration as it stays in your curly hair. If you feel that cream does not stay for long then lock that moisture with gel that can also give you the definition.
